1. General Cancellation Policy
- Once a service or event ticket is booked, cancellations may be subject to specific terms outlined below.
- Odisha Workforce reserves the right to cancel any event or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be notified in advance.
2. Job Fair Ticket Cancellations
- Non-Cancellable: Once purchased, Job Fair tickets cannot be canceled or refunded by the user.
- Event Cancellation by Odisha Workforce: If a Job Fair is canceled by us, attendees will receive a full refund or an option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event.
- Rescheduled Events: If a Job Fair is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If an attendee is unable to participate, they may request a refund.
3. Employer & Training Partner Service Cancellations
- Employer & Training Partner Registrations: Once a service request is initiated, cancellations are not permitted after payment.
- Job Posting & Recruitment Services: Cancellations are only allowed before service activation. Once job postings are live or recruitment services have started, cancellations are not possible.
4. Student & Job Seeker Service Cancellations
- Career Consultation & Resume Services: Once a session has been scheduled or service has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
- Training & Educational Services: If a registered participant cannot attend, they may request rescheduling but are not eligible for a refund.
5. No Show Policy
- If a participant fails to attend an event or scheduled service without prior notice, their registration will be considered canceled without refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
Odisha Workforce reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and communicated to registered users.
